Things you need: (for about 35 cookies)
- 125g of butter
- 125g of sugar
- 1 big spoon of syrup (we prefer corn syrup)
- 1 tea spoon of bicarbonate soda
- 1-2 big spoons of milk
- 200g of wheat flour
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
- 1-2 big spoons of normal cocoa powder
- 125g of corn flakes
- 2 big spoons of oat flakes
Instructions:
Set your oven on 180⁰C (356ºF). Melt the butter, sugar and syrup. Add the bicarbonate soda melted in the milk. Put the flour, baking powder and cocoa in a bowl, then the rest of the ingredients. Slowly continue pouring on the butter mixture in the bowl and keep mixing it with a wooden spoon.
Make your cookies have a cookie shape and when your putting them on the baking tray, make sure you press down hard with a fork, so they are flat. They need to be flat so they are quickly finished baking. About 15 minutes you should see that the cookies will kind of expand. Take them out of the oven when they are brownish gold and crispy.
